Shea Marie, was born and raised in California and has been fashion enthusiat since her childhood. She obtained her bachelor's degree in communication and journalism at University of California with the desire to persue her career as a fashion stylist or as a designer. Like many other graduated students, the search for a job became an arduous task. She has only gotten an internship in fashion design and had to work two jobs in order to pay rent.

Like many of her classmates, Shea Marie started her own blog in order to set her creativity free. This is the reason why Peace Love Shea, formely called Cheyenne Meets Chanel, saw the light of day and stands out from other fashion blogs. You see, Shea Marie thought using her blog in order to build an impressive portfolio and upgrade her resume. Yes, you read right! Since she had the desire to work in the fashion industry and yet was aware of her lack of experience, she decided to create a kind of portfolio that would potentially shown to future and prospective employers. An ingenious idea!

It's with hard work and determination that Shea succeeded in creating her following base. Wonderful pictures with incredible background a great light helps in enhancing her casual looks that fill the blog, plus her fashion style which is pretty simple is still yet thought-of and well put together. She often wears stripes, but in a different way. One day, it can be a simple t-shirt paired with a jean, another day it'll be from head to toe. Leopard print is also an important aspect of Shea's wardrobe; I've counted many shoes and coats with a leopard print during my research! But what I particularly find charming with Shea, and what I find will obtain more hype during the upcoming fashion weeks is her perfected way to adopt the #twinning trend. We saw the phenomenon through many BFF outfits where the latter dress in a complimentary way (aka identical) when attending a fashion show and that all throughout Fashion Week. I find the idea cute and it surely create a commotion within photographers! My favorite look is the one with the black "Best Friends" leather perfecto. I mean, I die each times!

Now that I'm thinking about it, I know two friends who already adopted teh #twinning idea… a black perfecto for your next photo shoot, Camille and Virginie? What do you say about that!
