I just finished school, I was tired and still stressed from the finals' mayhem I abruptly go out of. My friends and I decided to attend Rebel's yoga center "chill" launch. To be honest, I've heard a little bit about the center prior to my visit. What was this "chill" space? To that moment, I had no idea. I never imagined I'd have fallen in love as much as I did. Rebel studio is a peace haven, truly. As soon as you enter the establishment, you step into another world. It's soft, delicate, friendly and cozy. A great place to be, ideal to connect with oneself. The interior decor is breathtaking, far from those traditional neons to which we're used to. The owner, France Girard, an architect by profession, translated the word "Zen" beyond perfection by creating Rebel studio's ambiance. This rustic, bohemian and minimalism location seems to be an exact portrait taken from Pinterest that you'd instantly pin on your board.

A bar with medicinal plants is located at the heart of the studio, a real gold mine to discover! Open to the public, the "chill" space is a lounge where you can satisfy your taste buds with delicious tonics made from local medicinal plants. An original formula (and most importantly, enjoyable!) to take care of oneself naturally. These plants are also available in bulk or in ready-to-drink mixtures called " Tonique Rebel".

Rebel studio is primarily a yoga center where several classes are offered by passionate and inspiring teachers. This yoga center isn't like any others, the latter offers classes from Pilates, Yoga, Yogalates, Pound to Buti. Pregnant women can also benefit from the center's prenatal Pilates. In order to set the bar even higher, the studio also offers a shop where Quebec brands are featured such as Horace jewelry and Fay with Love jewelry. I was crazy to find swimwear Solo Samples, June and Maaji Swimwear Swimwear!
